New User

First-time registration at the library

Any TnUAD employee, TnUAD student, or external user may become a library user by registering at the library (university or faculty) and paying the fee (see the current fee schedule). For TnUAD employees, registration is valid for the duration of their employment; for TnUAD students, it is valid for the entire duration of their studies; and members of the general public must renew their library membership annually if they wish to continue using the library. Library users may then use the services and facilities of the library (university and faculty) in accordance with the Library Regulations.

Before your first visit to the TnUAD University Library or any of the faculty libraries, you can complete the pre-registration process online. You will then receive an email confirming that your registration is ready. During your first in-person visit to the library, you will confirm your membership by signing the form and paying the registration fee. After that, you can take full advantage of the library’s services.
