Registration of Citations
The TnUAD University Library has been registering all testimonials (citations) in alignment with Decree No. 397/2020 Coll., which clearly defines what is and what is not considered a citation. You can ask for the registration of testimonials via email by sending a completed form.
Registration of Publication Activities
The TnUAD University Library ensures the registration of publication activities (EPČ) in alignment with Decree No. 397/2020 Coll. z. Registration can be requested via email, by sending a completed form, or directly via an online form, which can only be filled out by TnUAD users. To verify access, you must log in to your TnUAD MS Office account.
Interlibrary Loan Service (MVS)
Members of the TnUAD University Library can request to borrow a title from another library in Slovakia by sending an interlibrary loan (MVS) form. Within one MVS request, it is possible to order max. 5 books OR 5 articles.
By sending the MVS form, the library member undertakes to pay the handling fee according to the Price List of Services and Fees of the University Library and is obliged to comply with the conditions and loan period of the requested document set by the sending library.
Proposal for Acquisition of New Materials
Employees and members of the TnUAD University Library can propose the purchase of a specific title and submit their proposal online. The received proposals will consequently be reviewed by the acquisition committee.
Request for Bibliographic Research
The registered users – TnUAD students or faculty can request bibliographic research services. The bibliographic research, however, is subject to a fee (see the current Price List).
Before submitting a request for bibliographic research, we recommend searching for resources independently using the Interactive Search Map or the list of external search tools, which are available in the Online Databases section.
Request for ISBN
The TnUAD University Library is also responsible for assigning ISBNs to non-periodical publications. Authors - employees and students of TnUAD can request an ISBN by submitting a completed form.
